Fear is… PARALYZING

For years, I was held back by fear and consumed by self-doubt. I believed the lie that I wasn’t enough to carry out the calling God placed inside of me. I watched others walk in purpose while I stayed on the sidelines, wondering if I’d ever find the courage to do the same.

Then, everything changed.

I chose faith over fear. I became the leader, author, coach, and business owner I once only dreamed of. Each step forward required courage—not perfection. Courage to keep going when I felt stuck, to trust God’s timing, and to believe He had already equipped me.

Now, through Courageous Her, I walk alongside women who are ready to do the same—women ready to rise, reclaim their voice, and step into the life God designed for them.

Your transformation doesn’t require perfection—it requires movement.  You just have to take the next step—and you don’t have to take it alone.

Your Comeback Coach,

Why Am I Qualified to Serve You?

I’m a certified transformational coach with a background in business and healthcare leadership. With over a decade of experience leading teams and over 15 years mentoring women, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside women from all walks of life—helping them face challenges, silence fear, and step into their God-given purpose.

While I bring training and leadership experience to the table, what drives me most is this: I believe in the power of vulnerability. Sharing our stories brings healing, connection, and freedom.

My Role in Your Transformation

I’m not here to tell you who to be—I’m here to walk with you as you become her.

As your coach, I’ll be your guide, encourager, and accountability partner. I’ll hold space for your healing, challenge the lies that keep you stuck, and speak truth over your potential. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, courage, and God-led transformation.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, grace, and showing up for yourself—even when it’s hard.

You already have what you need inside you. I’m here to help you see it, believe it, and live it out.

This is your moment — are you ready to rise and begin the journey?

“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
